“Driftwood “

Driftwood has the appearance of pine bark, with texture distortion that creates a medium level of privacy creating very interesting light diffusion.

What we call “textured glass” was created by Victorian glass makers, originally known as figured rolled window glass, they were the ones responsible for introducing this special product to the world.  It is made by embossing textures into the surface of the hot glass sheets using hand embossed metal rollers.  It has an illustrious history and many of the patterns shared on our site have been in continuous production since their development thru the turn of the 20th century.
